She signed up for a career in FMCG when she joined the Coca-Cola business in 2008 with her first role being a depot manager. Having risen through the ranks, her knowledge and expertise cut across engineering, supply chain, logistics and marketing.
Until recently, Flora was the Logistics Director at Coca-Cola Beverages Africa, South Africa. She is a member of WUMEA (Wits University Mining Engineers Association) and SAIMM (South African Institute of Mining and Metallurgy). She holds an undergraduate and a post-graduate degree in Mining Engineering and Industrial Engineering fields respectively, from Wits University.

Sylvia Esi Yawson
She joined Voltic in 2015 as a graduate trainee with SAB Miller and quickly rose through the ranks, showcasing her adaptability and dedication. Her journey includes pivotal roles such as HR Administrator, HR Business Partner for Finance, Learning and Development Manager, Employee Relations, and Experience Manager.
As an Associate Member of the Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners, Ghana (IHRMP), Sylvia upholds the highest standards in her field. Her certification as a Prosci Change Management Trainer reflects her commitment to staying at the forefront of organizational development and human resource strategies.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Sylvia finds joy in cooking and reading and is happily married with four children.

Worlasi Seddoh
She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English & French and a Master of Arts Degree in Communication Studies both from the University of Ghana. She is a member of the Institute of Public Relations (IPR), Ghana and the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA).

Allen Ofosu-Appiah
Allen has trained several Company Sales Representatives he worked with, many of whom have moved on to other roles within Sales & Marketing.
He has a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Philosophy from The University of Ghana and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).
Allen is happily married and blessed with a son, enjoys watching soccer and his favorite team is Liverpool FC.

Sedem Akpebu
He has a Master of Science Degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management from University of Liverpool and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geological Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology in the Ashanti Region of Ghana.
Sedem began his career as a Supply Chain Management Trainee with Nestle working in Distribution, Projects, Customer Services, Operations and Logistics before joining Pernod Ricard as Supply Chain and Customer Services Manager for West Africa. He later joined FanMilk Ghana (Danone – West Africa) as Supply Chain Manager from 2017.
Ag. Country Finance Manager
Anthony Okyere
His international exposure includes managing financial operations for 13 countries, with an expatriation assignment in North Africa with The Coca-Cola Company, further enhancing his global business perspective.
He previously served as the Finance Manager for West Africa Refreshments Ltd (Coca-Cola), overseeing finance and accounting for the Hollandia brand in Ghana. His career includes senior roles at the British Council, Wilmar, Olam, The Coca-Cola Company, and Nestle which collectively helped him build expertise in financial planning, budgeting, analysis, and commercial decision support.
Anthony is highly skilled in project management, with experience leading major capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects, new product developments, and donor fund management. He has also demonstrated leadership in both on-ground and virtual settings, ensuring operational excellence across teams.
A Chartered Accountant (ICA Ghana) by qualification, Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in Administration (Accounting) and an Executive MBA (Finance), both from the University of Ghana Business School.
