In demonstration of our commitment to the brand, Voltic will in 2019 empower 2000 women in the Sachet value chain. This the Women Empowerment of under THE 3Ws sustainability focus. in fulfilment of our commitment to women empowerment as part of The 3Ws. On Thursday, May 30, 2019 a Safety, Health and Pensions workshop was organized for 50 women from 8 selected Cool Pac plants in Accra. This workshop was to educate the women on the need to observe safety rules; personal and environmental hygiene as well as awareness creation on personal pension schemes in Ghana. The women received professional educated on breast and cervical cancer as well as sickle cell anemia.
The women further enjoyed an initial GHS 20.000 each for a personal pensions to be managed by United Pensions Trustees
